The product is good...small in size as compared to pictures shown..The seller did not understand that it is international shipping.....just took the box and placed in shipping flyer...so the box got crumbled and the product also got damaged...did not bother to use any shock absorbing packaging..and the manual also does not show how to replace the cotton swab.and the product also does not open ...enabling to change that swab.

The diffuser is very cute! looks smaller than I thought.I do not understand how to change the filteroverall looks beautiful.

The seller sent the goods to another company (cheaper). I opened a dispute. The seller asked me to close the dispute, promised a discount for the next order, then stated that nothing would be refunded and a day later i wrote about closing the dispute.
