When i ordered it, i did not look that it was not uv. i was upset, after 20 days i received it in the mailbox. Applied to gel nails, when removed the sticky layer, simply, without drying of course. In the end, i'm delighted, incredible shine, dried in a couple of minutes and in general for a few days the perfect shine at the nails. universal top, i advise everyone. 10 stars
