Fits small order a size up, quality is good!

Is much much much too small!!! Have first Size L ordered and am not come into it. Usually I wear Size M. Am 169 cm, 63 kg. Have then XXL ordered and it is top (Arm recess) Just as tight as Size L!!
I didn't get there in time and the competition i needed had passed by then.
