I somehow thought the waist band was a different fabric, more shiny, but the dress is made from one fabric only. It's a nice jersey, not transparent, soft, clingy and shows all lumps so be careful what you wear underneath.I love the dress. The color is true to the ad. The design is great for large women with big breasts. The neckline plunges, I could pin it shut a little higher I think. Knee legnth on me. I am 5'7" and 200lbs, sorry I don't know the metric values. I recommend the dress.
