Delivery to the US took around a month. The product looks just as advertised. It gently vibrates once applied to the skin and provides a nice massage of the around the eyes area. I absolutely love it and totally recommend the product and the Seller!
Little baby! For product not included are batteries. Kaprurek for head maleńki, plastic and cieniutki. No switch. So I don't know, so sure works all the time. Not yet próbowałam.

after putting the battery in though it wasn't working because I didn't feel it vibrating but once you start massage it start vibrating.
I can't leave reviews on the merchandise I 've never received. When the seller is not serious he never answered my messages.

Hi friend, recently I have received many feedbacks about the protective case and the pen vibration, Now I need to make an explaintion about these 2 products.
I have checked the massage pen protective case with my supplier , they said the protective case has updated a new versaion. To be honset, This protective case is not important , it is just to protect the case to avoid the dust and Scratch, it has no other function. And all these products have the updated protective case in the package , you all can check it.

2. about the product vibration, it is the wrong usage that cause the wrong vibration. To be honest , the silver metal area is
the sense area when it touch your skin, it will vibrate , many people do not know it , then when they touch the silver area, it vribrate.
so The correct useage is this :
Firstly put the battery into the pen ,
Then hold the plastic area in your Palm,
Then put the pen head on your face , it will vibrate.
After finishing use ,then put the protective case on the pen head and put it on your desk.

How to use?
1.Take off protective cap,slide out battery cover and insert 1xAAA battery (not including ).
2.Apply desired eye care cream or essence on wrinkle part around eye or mouth area.
3.Gently massage skin around wrinkle part.Make sure contactling the silver plate sensor when use.This instrument will work automatically once massage head and skin contact.
4.Please clean the massage head with a towel or tissue after use, and put on the cap.

Item is exactly as advertised. Small tiny and handy ! There’s no ON/OFF switch. Vibrates when the metal tip is on contact with light pressure on the skin / eye area .
It's such a thing. It's not worth your money.
