It came quickly and I had no issues with the package. received the free gift of crotchet hook and the colourful beads. thank you! with regards to the hair I'm no professional when it comes to hair making so when I was making my toddler's hair with it, it did get a little clumsy and there were tangles and a little bit of wastage so you have to be careful about that. it did however turn out really nice with cornrows on her hair. the texture is not quite like xpression as it is softer to the touch. I loved the fact that it was pre-pulled and so I did not have to worry about that. it turned out really great with braids as well so I will be getting more. do make sure you treat in hot water after braiding though because it has a tendency to unravel quite quickly. all in all, I am happy with my purchase and will be buying more .
